Michelangelo's Pieta in the Museo dell' Opera del Duomo. The interesting thing about this sculpture is that it was unfinished at Michelangelo's death so the female figure on the left was added by Tiberio Calcagni (1532-65), and, to quote the Foders guide, "never has the difference between competence and genius been manifested so clearly." Notice how hard and rigid the leftmost woman's features are.
